Dialogue in a Japanese Restaurant

Waiter: Can I take your order?

Customer: Yes, I'd like a Seafood.

Waiter: Ok. What type of  Seafood you do like? We have: Yellowtail Carpaccio, Steamed clam, Ankino, Aji Tuna Tartare and  Aji Takati.

Customer:  Aji Takati please.

Waiter: Yes, you would like Shoyo and spices?

Customer: Yes, both please.

Waiter: All right, and would like something to drink?

Customer: Yes, just a water.

Waiter:  Excuse me.
